Pastor Mojsej Trajkovski (1951-2020) was born in Strumica,
Macedonia (part of Yugoslavia at the time). He was raised in a Chr Chistian family and Mojsej spent his life serving the Lord and his
local UM church, which was very difficult at the time as he was
born in a communist country.
He was marked as a western spy, followed and questioned by the authorities almost daily. Despite the persecution, Mojsej served as a lay pastor as well as ordained pastor at many churches in the area for over 40 years.
He had put his life in danger to provide Bibles to the surrounding communist countries in their own language multiple times during the cold war.
His work touched many lives and inspired many of the younger generation to become Pastors and teachers of the Bible in Macedonia. Mojsej was also involved in politics and was one of the founders of independent Macedonia by working tirelessly to break the communist regime and install democracy. He is greatly missed by everyone that knew him, especially by his wife, children and grandchildren. He was the People’s Pastor of Macedonia and is the father of Danica Ivanoski.
Matthew 25:23 “His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.'”
